I heard 28%, and I’ve also heard 33% in other places. That makes me wonder about how people come up with statistics.

I’ll tell you, I wouldn’t want to be having a baby in your state. Ohio is bad enough, and we’re pretty lenient. For example we’re allowed to deliver breach babies vaginally, as well as twins, but in some states (is SC one of them, I’m not sure) that is a legally required C/S. Who in the world decided it was a good idea for a government to choose how women should birth their children?

the last statistic that i’ve heard on C/S was 25%, and this movie said 33%. But after poking around, it looks like it’s somewhere in between, but for my state it is 33%! We are among the higher ones. ONE IN THREE WOMEN!!! Wow!
