We had a 5 day holiday with the Stagers last week. It was all laziness and relaxation. Not much else. The only draw back was it was too short.
The kids played together well.

The dogs enjoyed relative freedom.

And the adults enjoyed conversation and some time away from the daily grind. We also spent some time being holistically rejuvenated and cleansed in the mineral springs at Berkley.

Tee-hee! I have to be sure to post the most embarrassing picture I can. That’s what love is all about.

After spending many-a-day in sprinklers with toddlers, I have to say that “cleansed” and “rejuvenated” are not two of the words I associate with being in the same water as little ones wearing swim diapers.
I suppose I better get past the reality of what little those diapers actually hold in if I’m ever going to take our daughter to the pool!

Elle. Urine is sterile.
Do you feel better now?

Heh. Yes, urine is sterile, but I can’t help thinking that if the water can get in and the urine can get out, whatever comes out is going to eventually have with it something that isn’t terribly sterile.
I promise, I’m not OCD. I just overthink things.
