I’ve been busy blogging and creating for the past 8 years. Many of my former projects have been put on the top shelf for the time being while I work on getting my Lamaze Childbirth Educator certification early next year. In the meantime you can check out what I’ve been up to:
CleverNesting.com was a blog I kept with my friend Colleen Penn where we focused on crafting education. Through running CleverNesting I learned that I really loved networking, I had a hard time not including my family life in my posts, and that as much as I enjoyed writing I enjoyed teaching just a little bit more.
Our Tutorials there still get reposted on metablogs and stumbled from time to time. It’s always nice to sporadically find an email from someone asking if they can repost our project or a comment from someone who finally figured out how to do something because of our instructions.
Templeton Goods is my small accessories and clothing line I created from recycled fabrics. I mostly sold my wares through local craft fairs like Crafty Mart and the Portage Trail Barn sales. It is my creative baby, and I will be back to sewing soon.
